Make a Wish Penguin

It is my last weekend before Penelope's big party! I need to get some A2 envelopes and invites will be out (a bit late but it's all family so this is just a little extra touch). I have some big plans for decorations this weekend.
Here is a birthday card for one of my crafty co-workers! The penguin is from Christmas Cheer. The background paper is from DCWV Spring Showers, and the stamp is from Studio G.
